Reservation Policy for Individual Reservations
Our reservations are free of charge and we do not charge you until your arrival. However, we do require a valid credit card as a guarantee of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 7 days prior to arrival, no fee is charged. If you cancel less than 7 days but more than 2 days prior to arrival, a one night stay is charged. For all reservations cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival or no show, the total amount for the stay is charged.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy
Our normal check-in is at 14:00 while checkout is at 11:00. However early check in and later checkout is possible provided the room is free. Please inquire with our staff for details.
Lost & Stolen Goods Policy
While we take normal security measures, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items on our property. Please make sure you keep your valuables with you all the time..
